Our Terms & Conditions

Reservation Policy

  • All telephoned reservations are to be made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time and out of state reservations must be made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

  • All online reservations must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick- up time.

Cancellation Policy

  • All in-state cancellations for Sedans and SUV s require four hours notice and for vans 24 hours prior to scheduled pick-up time to avoid being charged a full rate.
     
  • All out of state cancellations require 24 hours notice before the scheduled pick-up time.

No Show

  • All no-show trips will be charged a full trip cost.

  • We recommend all our customers to call us at (1-888-999-3090) in case they have no contact with their chauffeurs at their designated pickup location, so we can direct them to their chauffeurs.

  • We also urge all our customers from not taking any spontaneous decisions, such as taking another transportation vehicle in case they could not locate their designated chauffeurs, before contacting us.

  • Failure to comply with the terms above will lead to a full rate charge to the customers account.

Countrywide Coach offers a complementary thirty-five minutes wait period for all domestic flights after reportedly landing and one hour for all international flights.
 

  • Countrywide Coach offers 15 minutes waiting period for all non-airport pick-ups.
     

  • Countrywide Coach has the right to charge one dollar per minute for any extra wait time over the complementary wait time.
     

  • All additional stops during the trip will be charged $10.00 per stop.
     

  • All tolls and the 20% gratuity will be added to all rates.
     

  • A fee of no more than $20.00 will be added to the rate for any meet and greet service.
     
  • A $15.00 surcharge will be added to all rates for requesting an SUV.
     

Non-Surcharge Motivations 

  • Countrywide Coach will not surcharge for all trips during any holiday.
     
  • Countrywide Coach will not surcharge for all trips from midnight to early morning.
     

Hourly Rates 

  • Hourly rates are billed from the time the chauffeur picks up the customer until the time the service ends.
     

Methods of Payment

  • Countywide Coach accepts all major credit cards (Amex, Visa, Master Card, and Discover).

  • Countrywide Coach Chauffeurs do not accept any payment.
     
  • All payments transaction should be strictly between the customers and our office.
     

Others 

  • Countrywide Coach will use its best effort in good faith to provide services as requested, but shall not be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in providing services that may result from weather conditions, vehicles and other breakdowns delays, or destruction caused by carriers or other circumstances and conditions beyond our anticipation or control
     
  • Countrywide Coach will notify its client as promptly as possible of any difficulty encountered or anticipated in providing requested services.
     
  • The client shall be responsible and liable for any damage caused to the property of Countrywide Coach or their independent contractors.
     
  • All chauffeurs have the right to prohibit smoking, alcohol, or other inappropriate conduct.
     
  • Countrywide Coach reserves the right to cancel any service without refund if the chauffeur or the office feels that the party/customer is putting the chauffeur or the service in danger.
